Foresight of the death

Can animals presage the death of a man? In many myths, were often mentioned about how on the eve of the death of a historical figure, people have seen strange birds or animals with unusual behavior. But the myths and legends - is one thing, and routine life in which, according to many, there is no place for miracles - is quite another thing. Yet sometimes people are faced with an entirely unexplainable at first sight, events. Here is what had happened, for example, near the American city of Kokomo, Indiana state.
Three years ago Forrel family - Michael, Julian and their four children have settled in these places. On the surface - the most ordinary Americans. With only one difference: all Forrely proudly told the old residents that their father is from an old English family, known to historians since the XIV century. I can not say that the ancient Forrels played a major role in history. They do not distinguished among the other aristocracy nor with wealth, nor with nobility. Legends associated their names with mysticism. The legend says that the very first Forrel was a were wolf, no wonder that a wolf was depicted in the family coat.
Of course, nobody in XX century did not feel trembling before the superstitious tales. The stories in the ancient books about that the wolves are coming for the body of the dead member of the  Forrel genus, considered unsubstantiated legends. However, up to a certain time. Because barely the offspring of an ancient family settled in Indiana, happened incredible...
One morning, coming on the threshold of their large house, Julian was puzzled and angry. She thought that the neighborhood dogs somehow slipped through the new fence of the garden and thoroughly spoiled the lawn. Everywhere on the lawn could be seen prints of their paws and in some places layed dung. By irritation of women also mingled surprise - was an impression that the dog were no less than ten. But why did the animals could not be heard through open windows?
Having gone to the neighbors whose homes were guarded by large dogs, Julian just got confused in explanations. All the villagers were categorically denied the fact that their dog can get on someone else's territory. What kind of strange animals frolicking at night in their backyard?

A special detachment was created to investigate this incident. However, Julian has little worried about this. A day after the appearance of mysterious traces her husband died suddenly of a heart attack. A man was only 45 years old. The heart has never worried him. The young widow was inconsolable. But hunter had another problem: wolf tracks were found on the fresh Michael's grave one day after the burial.
Passed eighteen months. Everybody tried to forget a strange case. But then the traces returned again... That happened in the Forrel's garden. Two huge dogs, which Julian has got after the first case, were sitting in a kennel with tails between their legs in fear, not daring to go out on the lawn. And the whole territory, like the first time was marked by staying of a large pack of wolves.
Counterfeiting was excluded - biologists have confirmed that the traces were real. Especially no one person could not get unpunished for the fence of the garden, and did not meet with ferocious dogs. What, then, so frightened the four-footed guards? And into the Juliana house a grief came once again - her eldest son, Bill had died. The boy choked on a fish bone at dinner, instantly turned blue and fell unconscious. Only now people drew attention to the strange relationship between the death of men of the Forrel family and the appearance of the wolf tracks. Most of all historians have interested in this fact. They found the stories in the ancient books which as two peas are similar to what has happened in America in the end of XX century.
"There are three absolutely identical cases dating back to XIV-XV centuries - says a professor of history Dick Strattford. They differ from the accident in Kokomo only with what may be different two identical facts told by the inhabitants of different ages. How to associate death of the people and some fantastic animal tracks? In this case, I can only discourse as a researcher, not as a scientist-materialist. People of all historical periods described many fatal omens of death by animals. The owl, sitting on a pillar in the main urban area of Rome and shouts all day, despite all attempts to get rid of it, "killed" Caesar. Fox warned about the disaster for the old Irish family - Gormanstoun. Most interesting is that people have seen these animals, all of them noted, "unlike" behavior - the animals were not afraid of people. We can gave a lot of similar examples. Even in the folk omens says, that the titmouse that had entered through the open window, does not portend anything good. The fact that was happened with the Forrel family, perfectly suited for this scheme. But is there a scientific explanation for this? I do not think so. Personally, I doubt if one day in Indiana will find the wolves... "
