Law enforcement officers foundThat a resident of one of the two villages Pustomiti, kept in their homes counterfeit vodka and sold it in the store, which was located in a nearby village. During the sanctioned searches in apartments zloumyshlennitsy and a shop where fake realized, the police found and seized 650 bottles of adulteratedvarious famous Ukrainian vodka producers totaling nearly 30 thousand. On this fact begun pre-trial investigation by Part 1 st.199 (manufacture, possession, acquisition, transport, transfer, import to Ukraine in order to use the sale of goods, marketing or sale of counterfeit money, government securities, tickets countriesNoah lottery excise stamps or holographic security elements) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Sanction article provides for punishment of imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.
