Accepted into service the following facilities: - Individual (manor) houses, garden, Country houses, household (household) and buildings (built in the period from August 5, 1992 to March 12, 2011); - Public buildings I and II categories of complexity; - Buildings and structures for agricultural purposes and II categories of complexity. In order to legalize the unauthorized construction of a house of 300 sq.m.(Farm buildings up to 100 square meters) citizen should collect the following documents: - Application; - Two copies of the completed declaration of acceptance into operation (print blank document from the site of the Chernivtsi City Council in the "Information and technological cards and sample applications UDABI in Chernivtsi region; - Certified in the established order copy of the document certifying the ownership or use of land on which the facility is located. - A copy of technical passport (with a note on conducted technical inspection). To legalize the home area of ??300 sq.m. (Outbuildings over 100 square meters) or public budynment and II categories of complexity or buildings for agricultural purposes and II categories of complexity should collect the following documents: - Application; - Report on the technical inspection of facilities with information on the possibility of its safe and reliable operation; - Two copies of the completed declaration of paragraphryynyattya into operation; - Certified in the established order copy of the document certifying the ownership or use of land on which the facility is located; - A copy of technical passport (with a note on conducted technical inspection).
