military Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding peculiarities of taxation and collection of tax on military salaries of military personnel and others who are directly involved in counter-terrorism operations. " Legisnodavchym act provides exemptions military training income in the form of salaries of law enforcement officers, military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine servicemen, Commanders, soldiers, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Guard of Ukraine, State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine and other established under the laws of Ukraine military forces and other persons who are directly involved in anti-terrorist operations in the neriod of it. According to the law, to determine the accounting entities for which no penalty is applied military duty on salaries of military personnel and others who are directly involved in anti-terrorist operations entrusted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
