Sanction article provides for punishment by a fine of two hundred to one thousand untaxed minimum incomes, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term, with the forfeiture and destruction of all copies of works, material media software, databases, performances,videograms and broadcast programs, and equipment and material designated for their production.
