Due to numerous complaints about job shop "Bacchus", the sale of alcoholic drinks in a night which leads to conflicts, fights and other negative consequences , mayor of Rivne Volodymyr Khomko were instructed to consider the relevant committeeand this situation and to limit trade in "Bacchus" to 22:00 pm.
