In the Transcarpathian region deputy chief of police department received a bribe for issuing a permit to purchase arms
Yesterday, April 28, in a cafe g.Svalyava prosecutors Transcarpathian region together with employees of the Security Service of Ukraine detained the deputy chief of police department Svaliava when receiving the 2400 UAHundue advantage. As the head of the investigation department of region prosecutor John Bitlyan, the money is received from a police officer for assistance in Transcarpathia manufacturing authorization for the acquisition and possession of weapons. In this incident we started criminal proceedings under part 3 st.368 Criminal Code of Ukraine (receiving undue vyhody).
