As Mukachevo district prosecutor Alexander Bratyuk, during the study materials of the tender documentation for the procurement of services on the organization of hot meals in schools Mukachevo district in February-December 2014, revealed that a local entrepreneur, as part of their competitive propozytsiy to participate in the above procurement procedure, submitted a certificate of presence of a suitably qualified staff for the organization of hot meals in schools. However, according to the businessman filed a tax return, wage labor, he did not use, and labor relations no one had.
