In Chernivtsi region rescuers took part in events to mark the twenty-ninth anniversary of the Chernobyl accident in Chernivtsi
near the memorial city ’ memory of Chernobyl victims in the central city cemetery held on the occasion of the twenty-nine ’ yatoyi anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. They attended the liquidators andVari at Chernobyl, local government officials, NGO representatives and uniformed region. From the Office DSNS Ukraine in Chernivtsi region took part in the event, Deputy Head of Civil Protection Lt. Col. Sergei Shmyhol. A provincial authorities thanked the liquidators of the Chernobyl accidentand their achievement and presented awards.
