In the Lviv region in Chervonograde minor stolen from car gasoline
In case of theft opened criminal proceedings under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. By Chervonograd city police station on April 19, a statement about the theft turned 47-year-old local resident. The man said that on the night of his car stolenand nine liters of gasoline. It was established that the theft involved a 16-year resident of one of the villages Sokal district. As found by the police, the suspect broke the tank lid and thus drain gasoline from the car. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part 1 185 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Sanction article provides pokarannya a fine of fifty to one hundred tax-free minimum incomes, or community service for a term of eighty to two hundred forty hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to three years.
