According to the Central Statistical Office in the field, the total volume of agricultural production in January - March 2015 compared to the corresponding period in 2014 increased by 19.6%.This result was achieved due to increased sales of animal products by 22.7% and agriculture - 16.6%. However, realization of oil decreased by 45.1%, potatoes - by 37.9%, fruits and berries - by 24.1%, soybeans - by 2.1%, sunflower seeds - 0.8%. Compared to last year, increased sales of rape by 2.1 times and amounted to 2.2 thous.t, sugar - in 2.0 times (63.9 tons), livestock and poultry - by 23.8% (92.2 tons), eggs - by 20.5% (75.4 million .sht), vegetables - by 12.9% (0.7 tons), and milk and dairy products - by 12.0% (35.6 tons) and cereal crops - 4.8% (514 8 tons). Average selling prices in January - March 2015 rose sunflower 2.3 times and totaled 7528.9 gpH. per ton, oil - 2.1 times (10662.6 USD. per ton), grains and legumes - 2.1 times (2953.8 USD. per ton), livestock and poultry - a 2.0-fold (19 444 1 USD. per ton), canola and soybean - 1.9 times (6626.7 USD. per ton and 7418.9 USD. per ton, respectively), eggs - 1.7 times (943.4 USD. for tys.shtuk) and fruits and berries - 1.5 times (6755.6 USD. per tony).
