In Khmelnytsky dispute between neighbors could have cost 78-year-old pensioner living

Law enforcement officers who went to the scene, found that before the victim and his 63-year-old neighbor dispute, in which the latter, being drunk, took out a folding knife and struck his opponent in the stomach. On that day the victim MBPezhyvsya with a local paramedic, but the next day the man was much worse, and he was taken to hospital in Khmelnitsky. On this fact police opened criminal proceedings under Part. 1, Art. 121 "Premeditated grievous bodily harm" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which sanction the punishment of imprisonment for a term of5 to 8 years.
