In Khmelnytsky joint patrol and traffic police detained the kidnapper car DCA
About 4 o'clock in the morning to the duty of the Khmelnytsky Gorotdel police received a report of a theft of a car "VAZ-2101". Patrol, who arrived on a call, the kidnapper detained near the site of the crime. The owner of "Lada" noticed the window thatstranger tries to break the locks on his car, and immediately called the police. At the scene came joint patrol traffic police and PPP, and within a few minutes by car police found and arrested the kidnapper. They found 18-year-old resident of one of the villages Khmelnitsky region. The guy was in a state of extreme intoxication, ne lost control and drove into a road sign. On this fact the police opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 289 "Illegal appropriation of a vehicle." Criminal Code of Ukraine.
