In Vinnytsia police received diplomas
50 graduates of Vinnytsia branch of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine received diplomas. This year, 50 police officers received diplomas legal experts. Certificate of Higher Education guards handed the deputy chief of the regional administration Sergei Sokyran.
