In Chernivtsi region Kitsman police caught the attacker minor
15-year-old resident of the village Klivodyn of the institution of the girl stole a mobile phone worth 1800 USD. By Kitsmansky MIA police station asked 36-year-old resident of the village Klivodyn who reported that unknown person stole from school cell phoneher daughter. Police launched a search for the attacker. Law enforcement officers inspected the place of the crime and interviewed students of the institution. And identified the attacker. They found 15-year-old victim odnoselchanyn. The boy confessed to their crimes and explained that the mobile phone was planning to sell. As noted, the attacker studied withinjured in the same school. And when she left her "cell" on the desk in the classroom, the attacker grabbed it and ran away. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part. 1, Art. 185 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Sanction article provides for punishment of imprisonment for a term of three years.
