In the Lviv region in Sambor condemned man who caused serious injuries to his friend
attacker received a sentence of five years imprisonment with a probation period of three years. Last year, 47-year-old resident of Sambora, drank alcohol in his home along with his friend. Subsequently, between winesykla dispute during which the landlord took a knife and struck him in the chest with a friend. The victim was hospitalized in the intensive care unit Sambor Central Hospital. On this fact police opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 st.121 (grievous bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. During the trial, people withing fully admitted guilt and sincerely repented. Samborskii City Court found him guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment for up to five years of probation for three years.
