During the board meeting of the Regional Administration, on 8 April, the RSA chairman Stepan Barna addressed the heads of regional state administrations with a request to tighten control on illegal quarrying in the territory ofth region. "I know for sure that no bribes were issued permits for 4 quarries, three - in Terebovlia and 1 in Zbarazh district - said Stepan Barna. - Regional administration will support and assist in solving problems all who want to work in this area fairly and promptly pay taxes. I am ready to personalwe help solve all problems in the field of mineral resources at the level of ministries. " He also appealed to the heads of regional state administrations, law enforcement agencies to strengthen control and compliance with the law in issuing permits for quarries.
