As the inter-district prosecutor Alexander Uzhgorod Andryshyn found that officials Onokivskoyi village council, abusing his official position to act deliberately of a third party, in violation of the Forest and the Land Code of Ukraine, and seizedtransferred to the ownership of public forest land plot area of ??0.36 hectares for gardening, causing damages to the public interest in excess of 260 thousand.
