Lutsk neighbors fought
police find out causes of the conflict. The dispute between the men appeared in the entrance of the house where they live. During the verbal conflict 25 years young man struck his injuries 44-year-old neighbor, who eventually and applied to the police. Details of the event included the Unified Registryjudicial investigations on the basis of a criminal offense under Part. 1, Art. 126 (beatings and torture) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
