Prosecution. Vinnitsa the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations included information for ch. 1, Art. 172 Criminal Code of Ukraine on the fact of gross violation of labor legislation. As installed, the employer arbitrarily dismissed Vinnytsia, which since January this year servedin the Armed Forces of Ukraine. By doing so, violated secured by applicable law guarantees to preserve job (position), the average earnings for citizens who are military service during mobilization.
