"Cars for ATO" theme of the round table, which took place in the management of GAI Vinnitsa region (+ photos)
In the management of the State Vinnitsa region police, customs officers, soldiers, volunteers and NGO representatives, discussed the use of vehicles purchased for the use of volunteers in the area of ??ATO . Non governmental initiativetion « AutoMaidan Vinnichiny » supported the head of traffic police Solonenko Paul to address operating agency who purchased volunteers for their use in the area ATO. Most of these vehicles with foreign registration and limited useful life in Ukraine. Themselves volunteersnoted that the operation of such vehicles are not in the area of ??ATO (during rotation, auto repair) leads to conflict with the police. The main problem for the registration of such vehicle is the cost of clearance, which at times exceeds the cost of the car itself. Volunteers recognized that such a fee for eopomohy military they are unable to pay. Customs officers noted that the legislation does not provide favorable conditions for clearance vehicles even if they are used in the area of ??TU. Decision of the roundtable was to create a working group to address the writing of the central government, to amend the legislativetion that will allow concessional customs clearance for such vehicles.
