Commercial Court decision of Transcarpathian region completely satisfied claim Uzhgorod interdistrict prosecutor in the interests of Chop City Council to one of economic entities on termination of permanent land area of ??over 4 hanormative monetary value of nearly 3 million and the abolition of the state act for the right to permanent use of land. The reason for the return of the land to state ownership was that officials of the company over the last 8 years have used land, but did not pay a fee for the land on which the debt isalmost 400 thousand UAH.
