Volynyanyna condemned for failure to mobilize
Man did not come to the commissariat, received a summons on conscription in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result, received a sentence - three years in prison with a probation period of two years. Volynyanyn was in the military registration Kovel unified municipal military commissariat. So, having received a summons on conscription, the man had come to the appropriate authority. However, the military commissariat bound to military service at a specified time has not come. By so doing volynyanyn committed a criminal offense. So by ignoring the summons and avoidance of mobilizing police opened a criminal Provtion under Art. 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Having reviewed the criminal proceedings, Kovel City Court approved an agreement on the recognition of guilt, concluded between the prosecutor and the accused.
