Chernihiv City Council pursuant to paragraph 8 of Article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" Chernihiv Mayor Oleksandr Sokolov ordered "to convene forty-sixth Chernihiv City Council Convocation ". The plenary session will start 27February 2015 at 10 am in the conference room of the City Council (c. Chernigov, st. Magistrates, 7). In consideration of the submitted question: * On execution of the city budget for 2014. * On the use of the reserve fund of the city budget for 2014. * On the implementation of the program debt management Chernihiv city budget for 2014. * Pron amendment of the decision of the City Council on November 28, 2014 "On the Program Membership anti-terrorist operations and their families - residents. Chernigov in 2014-2015 years" (45 convening session 6). * On Amendments to the City Council decision of 31 January 2011 "On the program of ecological improvement.
