In Vinnytsia suspect in the robbery responsible for resistance threatens police arrest
during the 19-year-old boy on suspicion of robbery Vinnytsia, employee patrol injured. The attacker did resistance and struck in the face with a policeman. During the duty to protect public order pratsivnMAP patrol police were targeting a suspect who took the 16-year-old boy mobile phone. Employees patrol detained the offender in a street near the site of the crime. They found 19-year-old local resident, who was serving a suspended sentence for committing a similar offense. During the delayymannya, the guy did resisting law enforcement and hit one of them punched in the face. Investigation Department of the police opened criminal proceedings under Part. 2, Art. 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional infliction of a law enforcement officer bodily harm in connection with official duties) and Part 2 st.186 Criminal Code of Ukraine (robbery).The attacker threatened punishment of imprisonment for a term of four to six years.
