As noted, the attacker has previously been brought to criminal liability for possession of drugs. He explained that narkozillya grew at home and kept to their own needs. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part. 1, Art. 309 (abakonne production, manufacture, purchase, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues without intent to sell) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
