In Chernivtsi region Sokyryany police caught another's property hunter
citizen Sokyriany man entered the house and stole 100 meters of electrical cable, worth 1700 UAH. As it turned out, the house 58-year-old victim, the attacker entered through the unlocked window and stole the power cable at a time when the owner was nothome. Returning home, the victim quickly spotted stealing property and kept his head, and immediately sought the assistance of law enforcement. Employees Sokyryany police department immediately responded to the message of the victim. The police examined the area inspected the crime spot and interviewed residents of nearby houses. Pravoohorontsi found that the theft involved 32-year-old resident of Sokyriany. The man had already been brought to criminal liability for committing property crimes. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part. 3. 185 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Sanction article provides for punishment of imprisonment withtrokom to six years.
