In the winery truck driver knocked motorcyclists
March 27 driver "ZIL-130" hit a motorcyclist. As a result of the accident the driver of a two-wheeled vehicle was in a hospital bed with multiple fractures. The accident occurred on the street. Tarnohorodskoho. 61-year-old driver of the car "ZIL-130", a resident of Vinnitsa region, allowed collisiontion of the motorcyclist, who was moving in a fair way. The accident 26-year-old motorcycle driver received multiple injuries and was taken to the hospital. Investigation Department of the police opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety or operation of transport persons acting supervisoruyut vehicles). For the offense is punishable by imprisonment for a term up to 3 years of deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for the same period.
