Upon accident in Chernivtsi started criminal proceedings
The accident occurred on March 26 Zastavnyanskiy streets of our city. 30 years chernivchanyn, driving a car hit a pedestrian. 56-year-old victim was taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, the hospital from his injurieshusband died. It is known that the driver of the car was driving sober. In this incident initiated criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 286 (Violation of traffic safety or operation of transport persons who are driving) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and a number of examinations for the purpose of establishing all ObstWine accident.
