On-road Stry Kirovograd-Znamyanka accidents occurred involving two passenger cars. The accident injured car drivers and passengers died. The accident occurred March 22 about three o'clock. As a result of the accident the passenger Summer « Chevrolet » from his injuries died during medical care. Two 33-year-old driverwith multiple injuries were taken to hospital. In fact the accident started criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety or operation of transport persons who caused the death of the victim or caused serious bodily injury). This offense is punishable by deprivationsentence of up to eight years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years or without it.
