In the Zhytomyr region in Chernyakhiv police uncovered the theft of private enterprise
police detained a man who robbed the composition of local production. Stolen property returned to owner. 21 March to Chernyakhivskiy District Police asked 60-year-old resident of the district center. The woman said that from the warehouse of the private entrepreneur,SMEs stolen motor and 100 m copper cable, worth about 4 thousand. At the scene left investigative team, which found that the attacker was in the room, damaging the padlock. Police determined that a criminal offense committed 44-year-old local man who confessed to the crime. DisclosedDene removed and returned to owner. Investigations continue into criminal proceedings under Part. 3. 185 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Under current law, theft, coupled with the penetration in the home, other premises or storage, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of 3 to 6 years.
