In case of theft opened criminal proceedings under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. By Chervonograd city police department received a report from an employee of one of the factories of the city. The man said that the territory of the plant stole 36 bags of cementand a ton of rubble. It was established that the theft involved 49-year-old resident of Chervonograd, which is the guardian of the specified plant. Property attacker stole for a month. "According to the attacker, he carries home repair work and somehow wanted to save as and stole cement and gravel from the factory," - said the investigator SLIdchoho department CF Chervonograd police Lt. The maximum penalty under Article provides for punishment of imprisonment for up to five years.
