This year's prize. Rila awarded author translated "Divine Comedy"
Ukrainian translator and writer Maxim Strikha won Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine named after Maxim Rila. This State Committee said in a statement. This award annually celebrated writers and poets for the Ukrainian translation of works of the prominents foreign authors, as well as the translation of Ukrainian classics and contemporary authors languages ??of the world. Translator won awards for translation from Italian poem Dante Alih ’ yeri « Divine Comedy. Hell » (Publishing « Astrolabe »). The book contains a detailed introduction, which presents the life and work of the greatItalian and impact « Divine Comedy » the development of Ukrainian literature. In applications that placed after the text work presents an anthology of poems Ukrainian poets of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, which mentions the image of Dante.
