Employees of Civil Service to combat economic crime detained a woman while receiving improper compensation. Using his position, the teacher promised the student for payment to assist in folding examination and defense of course work. For his "service" the woman called the price of 500 USD. Investigation Department of the police opened criminal proceedings on the groundsoffenses established in Part 1 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (the proposal, promise or obtain undue reward by an official). According to a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment for a term of two to four years, with disqualification to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up tothree years and with a special forfeiture.
