Acting Attorney Rivne oblast Alexander Targon 18 March reported suspected head of one of the village councils Rivne region with a criminal offense under Part. 4 c. 368Criminal Code of Ukraine (receiving an official who holds a responsible position, undue advantage on a large scale, combined with extortion and committed by prior conspiracy).
