Applications for participation in the program "Ukrainian book" accept before July 1,
State Committee conducts accepting applications to the draft list of book publications provided for release under the "Ukrainian Book" in 2016. According to the press service of the committee proposals to the draft list of publications from publishers and publishers of different patterns vlasnosti accepted until July 1, 2015, including when presenting the full set of documents specified procedure implementation of the budget program « book production program « Ukrainian book & raquo ;, approved by Order of State Committee of Ukraine of 28.11.2012 313 and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.12. 2012and 2087/22399: 1) letter to them ’ I'm head of State Committee; 2) application (containing data about authors and others who take part in creating publications – writing team, compiler, translator, artist, name of the publication with a short abstract of justification of public necessity publication, language (s) edition, volume edition ( toconventionally printed sheets); circulation publication; cost circulation publication; state of readiness edition); 3) planned cost estimates; 4) The terms of reference; 5) the original or a certified copy of the document (documents) confirming (confirm) if the publisher exclusive property rights to the work; 6) A copy of the certificate of registration publisher Dr.State Register of publishers, manufacturers and distributors of publishing products or duplicate; The required documents to the program « Ukrainian book » submitted on forms available on the website of State Committee in Section « program « Ukrainian book » Section « Publishing & raquo ;: 1.
