The Khmelnytsky oblast held futsal tournament in memory of the dead policemen
For 15 years Kamenetz-Podolsk takes final competitions Futsal commemorating the victims UBOZivtsiv. The tournament is held in memory of Police Major and Sergeant Nicholas Foshyna Vladimir Melnik, members of the Anti-Organized CrimeS Kamenetz-Podolsk City Department of Internal Affairs, which in May 1997, died while in custody dangerous criminals.
