In the Transcarpathian region vynohradivets was on trial for beating his brother
verdict Vynohradivskyi District Court to two years in prison sentenced 58-year-old vynohradivtsya who beat his brother. At trial the man fully confirmed the circumstances charges brought and admitted guilt in the crime.He said that blame "okovyta." Hylnuvshy odd, but he began to sort things out with brother, and during family quarrel broke the relative, causing him to moderately severe injuries. By so doing he committed the crime under st.122 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Intentional moderate bodily injury).
