In the Lviv region in Zhydachev market pensioner stole wallet
In case of theft opened criminal proceedings under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. By Zhydachivsky police department, 9 March, it was reported by 43-year-old resident of one of the villages, who said that the market was stolen from her bag purse, just as inm was 140 USD. Law enforcement officials determined that the theft involved 57-year-old pensioner, resident of one of the villages Zhydachivsky area and removed her wallet stolen. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine 185 (theft). Sanction article punishable by a fine of fifty to one hundred neopodatkovuvanyh minimum incomes, or community service for a term of eighty to two hundred forty hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to three years.
