Employees of the Criminal Investigation established and detained previously convicted odnoselchanynainvolved in the crime. The man confessed to the crime and said that he had long dreamed of a scooter, but had no money to acquire it, so he decided to steal it. At this time the scooter removed and will soon be returned to the owner. This event is included in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigation and open criminal proceedings under part 3 of Art. 185 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
