In the Zhytomyr region Ovrutska police returned a stolen vehicle owner
March 7th attacker stole a car belonging to a resident of. Ovruch. Police established a thief, found the vehicle and returned to its owner. Around 11.30 to the duty of the District Police Ovruchsky turned 33-year-old local residentwith the message that just half an hour ago was stolen his car "VAZ" left unattended on one of the main streets of the district center. At the scene went investigative team police station and the traffic police outfit. Detailed questioning the owner of the vehicle and possible witnesses, police launched search activities.Subsequently, the traffic police found that a criminal offense committed 29-year-old resident of the district. The vehicle was seized and returned to the owner. Ongoing investigation of criminal proceedings under Part. 1, Art. 289 (unlawful appropriation of a vehicle) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. A man threatened penalty of a fine of 1,000 to1200 tax-free minimum incomes, or restraint of liberty for a term of 3 to 5 years, or imprisonment for the same term.
