In Lviv police reported suspicions of occupation gambling four persons
Employees of the State Service to combat economic crime Interior Ministry of Ukraine in Lviv region reported a suspicion of a crime organizers of two poker clubs. These clubs, contrary to the Law of Ukraine "On the prohibition of gambling salbear in Ukraine ", visitors can take part in gambling with stakes and winnings. In October 2013 the police stopped the activities of these institutions, which were located in non-residential buildings and operate under the guise of poker clubs. As a result of authorized searches, police seized nine pokertables, almost two dozen system units with installed applications for playing poker, gambling chips aggregate face value of over 2 million and eight thousand UAH cash proceeds from providing gambling nature. Law enforcement officers had seized equipment and expertise have proven involvement of gaming facilities at fourISS WHO reported suspicions of criminal offenses established in Part 1 st.203 zn.2 (occupation gambling) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
