In the Lviv region in Sambor condemned man who illegally receiving unemployment benefits
attacker received money from the Fund compulsory state social insurance. Thus, the man worked as a director of a private company. Found that 35-year-old sambirchanyn last year was registered in SamborskiiCity District Employment Agency and was unemployed. In this regard, it were paid monthly unemployment benefits. However, as it turned out, the man was director of one of the companies in the city, but that fact did not inform the workers employment center. Thus, an attacker seized cash of the Fundahalnoobov'yazkovoho state social insurance worth more than 3400 USD. On this fact opened criminal proceedings on part 1 Art.190 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Samborskii court found the man guilty and sentenced him to a fine of $ 850 USD.
