Court granted prosecutors claim area and decided to return to state ownership of 175 hectares of land in Litinsca area. Prosecutors insisted invalidated order of the Goszemagentstva in Vinnytsia region,lease cancellation decision on registration of the lease due to the fact that the said land, the cost of which is more than 1 million have been leased citizen for farming in violation of applicable law.
