In Vinnytsia counterfeit luxury alcohol in amount of 350 thousand police found in warehouses postal carrier in Mogilev-Podolsky
Alcoholic beverages known brands, declared as chemicals, found by the police in the warehouses of a private mail carriers. As the chief UDSBEZ Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Wynneytskiy region Stanislav Maklakov, the police received operative information that unknown persons under the guise of trying autochemistry sent about three thousand liters of adulterated alcohol. In warehouses postal carrier police found about a thousand bottles of vodka Jelzin, Exclusiv, Finlandia and conyaku Kvint totaling 350 thousand. Documents that would prove the quality, origin and compliance with state standards of production, was not. According looking documents found excisable goods had to get consumers to Kharkov, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Lviv and Sumy. Investigation Department of the police opened criminal proceedingsby Part 1 of Art. 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal manufacture, possession, sale or transportation with intent to sell excisable goods), which provides for punishment of a fine of one thousand to two thousand times the income of the forfeiture of illegally manufactured products.
