Transcarpathian region prosecutor's office sent to the court indictment regarding head of the district DPI for bribery Prosecutor's Office Transcarpathian region
completed pre-trial investigation and sent to court for consideration on the merits of the indictment concerning the Chief State Tax Inspectorate in Irshava area, whichymahala and received 21 thousand UAH undue advantage. For this amount the district tax office manager organized, using his official position, compensation from the state budget VAT totaling more than 209 thousand UAH. Currently, an official in the prosecutor's office charged with a criminal offense under ch. 3. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obtaining undue advantage on a large scale, committed by a person who holds a responsible position, combined with extortion undue advantage). Reference: sanction this article provides for punishment of imprisonment for a term of n ’ mint to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage nevnoyu activities for up to three years with confiscation of property and with a special forfeiture.
