Zhytomyr district police officers arrested for stealing
residents Andrushivschyny Guardians caught a young man who kidnapped the girl cell phone. By Zhytomyr Gorotdel police asked 28-year-old resident of our city. She reported that the apartment where she was away, stole her cell phone, cost of 1500USD. The police who arrived on the scene, interviewed the applicant in detail and possible witnesses. Subsequently they on suspicion of theft arrested 25-year-old Andrushivsky district, which removed the stolen phone. Today the specified fact initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 185 (theft) of the Criminal kthe Code of Ukraine. The young man could face a penalty of a fine of 50 to 100 tax-free minimum incomes, or community service for a term of 80 to 240 hours, or correctional labor for up to 2 years, or imprisonment for up to 6 months, or imprisonment for up to 3 years .
