In the Zhytomyr region in Emilchinsky region police seized
bullets resident of the area with unknown purpose remained at home ammunition for firearms. As he explained, dangerous objects he found on ... local stadium. During examination household 54-year-old police found 16 caliber cartridges of 5.6 mm. As explained by man'sIR indicated cartridges he found in local sports facilities. Cartridges were seized and sent for investigation to the Research Forensic Centre at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to ch. 1, Art. 263 (illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine carrying, storage, acquisition,transfer or sale of firearms (except for smooth-bore hunting guns), ammunition, explosives or explosive devices without statutory authority punishable by imprisonment for a term of 3 to 7 years. It should be noted that Part. 3. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for exemption from criminal liabilityperson who has committed an offense under paragraph one or two of this article, if the authorities voluntarily surrendered weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices.
