In the Zhytomyr Oblast government approved the procedure for awarding scientific degrees
Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "Some issues of implementation of Article 54 of the Law of Ukraine" On education 656 of August 19, 2015 determined the order confirming decisions on awarding scientific degrees and samples of public documents the assignment of these titles. In particular, buttion procedure for the approval of decisions on awarding academic titles, which come into force on 1 January 2016, defines the mechanism for approval of the Certifying Board MES solutions on conferring academic status of professor, associate professor and senior researcher academic councils of higher education institutions or academic councils of scientific institutions. The government decided that in Ukraine User definedayutsya valid and not subject to exchange certificates issued by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Higher Attestation Commission, and in particular attestation issued by the USSR and the Russian Federation by the decision of scientific councils to 1 September 1992. Resolution also defines common requirements for persons applying for academic status tocents, professor. Under the new procedure confirming decisions on awarding scientific degrees, certification cases are sent for review to the MES MES Certifying Board. The decision of the academic council of the academic title takes effect from the effective date of the order of MES of approval of the Academic Council and issuance of the relevant publicinstrument of the academic title by decision of the Certifying Board MES. In the event of failure to comply with legislation on awarding scientific degrees Examination Board MES abolish the decision of the Academic Council and refuse to issue a public document on the academic rank.
