The financial incentive will receive two students Vinnitsa nationaltion Agricultural University - Vadim Oleksiyuk and Jaroslav Sverhun, Daria Krukovskiy of Vinnitsa National Medical University Pirogov and Julia Ivasenko that gets profession in Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University Kotsyubynskoho. The order signed by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yatsenyuk. According toments scholarships will be within the scholarship fund higher education.
